Planting by the Moon 5th - 11th May

According to the book I am using ‘In Tune with the Moon’ this is what we are supposed to be doing this week. I will try and be organised and post every Sunday what the book suggests for the following week. My review of this book.
Sunday 4th May (from noon) and Monday 5th May sow and cultivate fruits - all cereals, aubergine, broad bean, courgette, cucumber, gherkin, marrow, gourd, pumpkin, melon, pea, peppers, runner bean, sweetcorn, tomato.
Tuesday 6th May and Wednesday 7th May sow and cultivate roots - All root veg, beetroot, carrot, celeriac, endive, garlic, Jerusalem artichoke, parsnip, potato, radish, salsify, shallot, turnip, onions.
Thursday 8th May (from 11am) and Friday 9th May sow and cultivate flowers - All flowers, artichoke, broccoli & cauliflower.
Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th sow and cultivate leaves - basil, brussels sprout, cabbage, kohlrabi, sorrel, celery, chervil, chinese cabbage, cress, dandelion, curly endive, fennel, purslane, lamb’s lettuce, leek, lettuce, rocket, spinach, cardoon, parsley, swiss chard.
Monday 12th May - Is one of those red days when you are not supposed to sow and cultivate anything, best wait until Tuesday to deal with your fruits.
